John Urrutia
John Urrutia has been providing public accounting services to clients for over 24 years, is a Principal in the Firm and services the Lake Tahoe and Roseville areas. John has extensive experience in assisting clients in their move from sole proprietor to corporate status. He has presented numerous speeches on this topic to business owners and organizations. He has been a guest on many radio shows, most recently on “Talking Money” with Jeff Tarbell on 1140 KHTK. John also provides in-depth consulting in tax planning to maximize benefits for clients.

Company Goal
Our goal is to be a pro-active member of the business owner’s team. We act as a coordinator between the client and the attorney, the banker, the insurance agent, and the financial advisor, to make sure that everything is flowing smoothly for the business owner. By taking on this role we enable the business owner to have the piece of mind to focus on growing their business and making good decisions for their company. We set up our firm to cater to the business client and with that every company is assigned a Partner, Manager and Staff Accountant all who have a working knowledge of the case. We put an emphasis on planning and know that if we can meet regulary with the client from May to December that when tax time rolls around there are no surprises as everything has been planned for and settled by year end.
Education and Training
John is a Certified Public Accountant. He attended St. Mary’s College of California, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
