Dustin has three years of public accounting experience which includes an internship with our firm. Dustin is a Senior Accountant in the Firm providing auditing, business valuation and other accounting services to a wide range of clients including governmental, non-profit entities, employee benefit plans, and financial institutions.

Audit and attestation experience includes:

• Local Governments
• Water and Wastewater Districts
• Non-Profits
• Employee benefit plans
• Transit districts
• Housing projects

Audit experience includes:

• Planning, coordinating, supervision and review of audit engagements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, governmental auditing standards, and the requirements of A-133.
• Preparation of full-disclosure financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, including GASB statements 34, 25, 26 and 46.
• Evaluation and testing of internal control processes and development of management recommendations
• Agreed upon procedures.

Education and Affiliations:

Dustin is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. He is fluent in Spanish and received both his Master’s of Accounting (MAcc) and Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting at Brigham Young University in 2006.
