Charles is a staff accountant in the Firm providing auditing, tax preparation and accounting assistance to a wide range of clients including governmental and privately-held corporations.

Audit and attestation experience includes:

• Execution of audit engagements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, governmental auditing standards, and the requirements of A-133.
• Preparation of full-disclosure financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Evaluation and testing of internal control processes.

Tax Experience:

• Preparation of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns
• Preparation of payroll, sales and property tax returns

Education and Affiliations:

Charles has received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento. His previous experience includes construction management which entailed estimating, bookkeeping and production management and was the qualifying individual (RME) for a contractors license. Charles is currently working towards earning his CPA license.
